We are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This means 14 days after you receive your parcel and Dress Boutique will have the tracking details for this. 

If you would like to return your item/s please email us at contact@dressboutique.co.uk to request a return. 

Please note:

• The item/s must be in the same condition with the tags still on.
• Dress Boutique will not return items past the 14 day period as specified on the return form or if items are sent back without a prior email. 
• Dress Boutique reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items are worn or damaged. This includes make-up and tan stains. 
• Dress Boutique cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during the return process. 
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days. Please allow 10 working days from the date you send your items back for your item to be refunded. 
• For sale items Dress Boutique can only offer an exchange in size for the same dress.  

• Delivery is available to customers based in the UK, Ireland and Overseas. 
• Standard delivery costs £3.50 in UK and is made via Royal Mail. For overseas customers standard delivery costs £8.00
• To ensure speedy delivery please ensure you provide accurate address and contact details. 
• Customers will receive a confirmation email when their item has been despatched.
